My name is Clayton and I have been involved in fitness for over 20 years, now running my own personal training business in Adelaide, Australia.

Exercise is a very important part of my every day life, as I find it helps to create more motivation and discipline to allow me to get more done throughout the day. This is also the way I approach my own training and with clients, to ensure their workouts are packed with as much energy burning exercise as possible.
